Welcome to Sarvadhrit Command Center ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). The App functions as the Interactive Academy Admin & Student Management System (IAAASMS), serving educational institutions, administrators, staff, teachers, parents, and students. We are fully committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of everyone who accesses and uses our application.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is stored, how we utilize and protect it, and the choices available to you regarding your personal details. By accessing or using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

To provide a seamless, highly functional school management ecosystem, we collect several categories of information. This includes both personal information you actively provide and automatic metrics collected to improve system performance.

Document Uploads via File Picker

Our App incorporates document and image picker features allowing administrators and users to upload academic paperwork, visitor passes, homework submissions, and verification files. These items are securely transmitted and hosted within our private Firebase Storage systems.

We utilize the collected information strictly for academic delivery, secure record management, operational safety, and institutional communications. Specific use cases include:

• Service Execution: Generating report cards, publishing examination schedules, managing library resources, booking PTMs, and recording attendance metrics.
• Parent & Student Alerts: Dispatching notifications, digital diaries, and sending critical updates via Bulk SMS integrations.
• Financial Operations: Facilitating fee reconciliation, tracking school utility bills, generating employee payslips, and handling scholarship evaluations.
• School Security & Transit safety: Registering school visitor logs, dispatching transport route updates, and validating authorized pick-ups.
• Product Optimization: Diagnosing administrative application bugs, managing internal app state via local preferences, and improving user experiences.

We do not sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal data to commercial third parties. Data is only disclosed under the following controlled conditions:

A. Institutional Access Control

The App enforces a strict role-based dashboard layout. Teachers access student performance and diaries; Parents view only their specific children's files; Drivers access only routing details; Administrators access the central configuration command center. This prevents unauthorized internal leakage of school records.

B. Infrastructure Providers

We host and secure data utilizing Google Firebase technologies (Cloud Firestore databases, Firebase Storage, and authentication). These services maintain high enterprise-grade security protocols compliant with standard hosting protection rules.

C. Compliance with Laws

We may share records if strictly required by local regulatory mandates, judicial subpoenas, or when necessary to protect the physical safety of children, personnel, or transit staff.

We implement comprehensive security methods to defend administrative educational data. These include:

• All data transmitted between the Flutter client and our backend is protected via secure Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
• Sensitive storage files are guarded using standard AES-256 equivalent database protection systems provided by Google Firebase infrastructure.
• Local application settings and temporary credentials are kept securely in device storage using encrypted preferences.
• Continuous monitoring of user roles protects against unauthorized privilege escalation.

However, no system is perfectly secure. Please safeguard your login credentials (username and password) and avoid sharing access to your Sarvadhrit account.

Given our role in academy management, we process records pertaining to students under the age of 13. We handle this with the highest standard of caution:

• Student accounts are initialized exclusively by school administrators or verified parent/guardian accounts, never by the child independently.
• We collect only the minimal student records necessary to conduct educational assessments and administrative school processes.
• Parents retain the absolute right to request to review, correct, or request the deletion of their child's educational data through their school administration.

Users and parents are entitled to certain choices regarding their personal records in the App:

• Review & Rectify: You can modify contact details, update profile pictures, and adjust communication preferences inside the Settings page of the app.
• Data Access & Export: School admins can export academic, attendance, and exam sheets to Excel, CSV, or PDF format for physical archiving.
• Account Deletion: Staff and parents can contact their educational institute's administration to deactivate or completely purge their profile from our operational database servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect shifts in technology, new educational regulations, or additions to our command center modules. If adjustments are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document.
